Cuewick · Changelog
Changelog
New features and fixes in each version, newest first. In the app, the What’s New window shows them the first time you open a new version, and Help → What’s New… brings it back.
0.2.0
New
- A redesigned Decision Inbox: answer with a form that fits the question (buttons, radio, dropdown, checkboxes, yes/no, text, number, date).
- Deny with a reason, put a question on hold, or attach a note (including a private note only you see).
- Similar questions are grouped, and you can answer several at once with the recommended choices. You can also deny straight from a notification and add a reason.
- When Claude or Codex waits for a permission or plan approval, a card shows what it wants to do. Choose Allow, Deny, or Request changes.
- Claude's pick-from-a-list questions can be answered with a form in the Decision Inbox.
- Agents can ask for approval, ask you to do something yourself (Done), or send a multi-field form. Secrets such as passwords are typed by you and never passed to the agent.
- Agent Map (⇧⌘M): see who is working with whom, with Replay, a Sequence view, and grouping by workspace or team. Beta
- When a newer build is ready, the toolbar shows New Version Ready with Restart Now. In Settings → General → Apply New Versions you can also choose Automatically While Idle.
- An agent in a pane can restart Cuewick with your permission (cw app restart). Panes and conversations carry on, and if the new build doesn't start, Cuewick goes back to the previous one.
- Sidebar right-click: open a pane's or tab's launch folder in Finder. Right-click empty space for New Tab, Open Folder, Recent Folders, and more.
- Claude agent-team teammates can open as their own Cuewick panes. Turn it on per pane; it's off by default. Beta
- Browser: read many pages at once (cw browser fetch-many) and start with whichever is ready. The work happens in hidden tabs, so your view stays put. Beta
- ChatGPT Web and Claude Web panes: continue your web conversations the way you use a terminal. Beta
- Computer use: agents control the apps you allow in Settings and iOS simulators Cuewick created (the whole Mac only if you turn it on). There's an emergency stop (⌃⌥⌘.), and actions like sending or paying ask first. Beta
- Pair with your other Macs and send messages or questions to the agents there (cw send @name@PC). Beta
- Reopened panes keep the model and effort they were using.
- What's New window: shows what changed the first time you open a new version. Reopen it from Help → What's New…
- Browser panes: see the sites being read in hidden tabs and click one to bring it into view. [Stop All] halts the agent's research and browser control at once, and your tabs come back after a relaunch. Beta
- Stop a reply that is still being written in 'ChatGPT Web' and 'Claude Web' panes with Ctrl+C. Beta
Fixed
- Rebuilding the app no longer drops the iPhone connection or briefly stops cw from responding in panes.
- When an agent types into a password field on a site that isn't a development address, Cuewick always asks first, even on sites set not to ask.
- Better detection of whether a Codex conversation is still working. Conversations open in the ChatGPT app or on an unsupported model are queued instead of woken.
- Fixed sending to GPT conversations when the app couldn't find codex (installed with nvm or Homebrew).
- Browser panes no longer click hidden elements, and tell you when the spot to click is covered.
- Payment and purchase buttons always ask first, even on sites set not to ask, including icon-only buttons.
- Permissions you give to AI are now kept in the macOS Keychain instead of a settings file, so an agent can’t widen them by editing files.
